A famous Wei general in official history, known for strict military discipline but failing to maintain his honor in later years.
The Records of the Three Kingdoms, Book of Wei, Biography of Yu Jin records that during Zhang Xiu's rebellion, Yu Jin severely punished the Qingzhou soldiers who looted civilian homes and built camps for defense, earning Cao Cao's praise. The original text: 「禁怒，令其众曰：“青州兵同属曹公，而还为贼乎！”乃讨之，数之以罪。青州兵遽走诣太祖自诉。禁既至，先立营垒，不时谒太祖。」(Source: Book of Wei, Biographies of Zhang, Yue, Yu, and Zhang Xu.txt)
