Originally King Wu Cheng of the Shang dynasty, he angrily rebelled against Zhaoge and defected to Xiqi because King Zhou forced his wife and sister to death. He was granted the title of Founding King Wu Cheng, led his sons and nephews to attack Shang, and after many battles, died in Mianchi County. After death, he was enfeoffed as the Great Emperor of Mount Tai, Tianqi Rensheng.
