A general under Dong Zhuo. He attacked Chang'an with Li Jue and fought against Lü Bu. A warlord in the late Eastern Han dynasty, who rebelled with Li Jue.
In fiction · Romance of the Three Kingdoms
Guo Si was a general under Dong Zhuo, following him into the capital and participating in the relocation of the capital. After Dong Zhuo's death, he and Li Jue counterattacked Chang'an. After seizing power, he was appointed General of the Rear, then made himself Grand General, and cruelly oppressed the people. Later, he fought with Li Jue, took hostage of high officials, and plundered all the palace ladies and maids, ultimately becoming a scourge of the chaotic era.

History vs. fiction
Guo Si's early military strength and performance
In Chapter 5 of the Romance of the Three Kingdoms, it is written that he led a large force: "On the road, Li Jue and Guo Si were first ordered to lead fifty thousand troops to guard the Sishui Pass." In the Records of the Three Kingdoms, Book of Shu, Biography of the Former Lord, it is said through another's mouth that his troops were very few: "Cheng said to Fu: 'Guo has several hundred soldiers, yet he defeated Li Jue's tens of thousands. It is only that you and I are not of the same mind!'"
