A mid-level remonstrance official, who, under the secret orders of Daji, plotted to frame Queen Jiang using his retainer Jiang Huan. He slandered Ji Chang and, after being bribed by Xiqi, advised the king to pardon Ji Chang. He conspired with You Hun to frame Ji Chang. He was beaten in court by Grand Tutor Wen. He was captured as a military advisor and beheaded.
