A middle-ranking official of the Shang Dynasty and a favored minister of King Zhou, conspiring with Fei Zhong. Bribed by Xiqi, he suggested enfeoffing Ji Chang. He was beaten in court by Grand Tutor Wen. As a military advisor, he was captured and beheaded.
