Wen Qin was the Inspector of Yangzhou and a retainer of Cao Shuang. He raised troops with Guanqiu Jian, then defected to Eastern Wu. He followed the army to assist Zhuge Dan, entered the city to help defend, and was executed by Zhuge Dan. His sons Wen Yang and Wen Hu were with the army.
