Han Jue enforces military law at the front
The Records of the Grand Historian, in the Hereditary House of Zhao, emphasizes his gratitude and protection: 'Han Jue told Zhao Shuo to flee quickly.' The Chronicles of the Eastern Zhou Kingdoms, chapter 48, vigorously portrays him as an impartial military marshal, adding a plot where he angrily rebukes someone who intrudes into the military formation: 'Han Jue angrily said: "The ranks of the war chariots are already set; how can one dare to intrude in a chariot?"'
