Is “After Sima Zhao entered Shu, he executed Huang Hao by dismemberment.” true?

The Records of the Three Kingdoms has no record of Huang Hao being dismembered. In the novel, Sima Zhao calls him a 'treacherous minister who harms the state' and has him dismembered, which is a dramatic addition by the author.
