A general of the Qin state, leading troops eastward with the intention of launching a surprise attack on Zheng. As the commander of the Qin army, the attack on Zheng was unsuccessful, and he was captured at Xiaoshan but later released. As the Qin commander, he lost troops and brought shame to the state, but was released and returned to resume command.
