The official history 'History of Song' in the chapter on eunuchs records: 'In Xianju, Lü Shinang, Chen Shisi of Fangyan Mountain, Shi Sheng of Suzhou, and Lu Xing'er of Gui'an all formed alliances and responded to him, causing great alarm in the southeast.' The novel 'Water Margin' in chapter 111 records: 'As for the city of Runzhou, it was guarded by Lü Shinang, the Privy Councilor of the Eastern Hall under Fang La.' The official position and the place he guarded are fictional.
