Son of Fan Gai, a senior official of Jin. He once fled to Qin and later returned to Jin. He assisted Luan Qi in falsely accusing Luan Ying, led armored soldiers to surround Shuhu's residence, then led troops to attack the Luan clan and coerced Wei Shu.
