Is “The attribution of merit for Zhou Bo's pacification of the Zhu Lü clan” true?

In Records of the Grand Historian, 'The Hereditary House of Marquis Jiang of Zhou Bo' specially establishes a 'Hereditary House' for Zhou Bo, commending his great integrity in supporting the Liu clan: 'When the Marquis of Jiang, Zhou Bo, was first a commoner, he was a simple and rustic man, with abilities no more than ordinary. But when he followed the Supreme Ancestor to pacify the empire, and held the positions of general and prime minister, when the various Lü sought to rebel, Bo rescued the state from crisis and restored it to correctness. Even Yi Yin and the Duke of Zhou could not surpass him!' In History of Han, 'The Biographies of Zhang, Chen, Wang, and Zhou' removes the position of Hereditary House and downgrades it to a biography, combining it with Zhang Liang, Chen Ping, and Wang Ling: 'When Zhou Bo was a commoner, he was a simple and rustic man, but when he rose to assist the ruler, he rescued the state from crisis, executed the various Lü, established Emperor Xiaowen, and was the Yi Yin and Duke of Zhou of Han—how glorious!'
