Is “Verification of the person's deeds” true?

Official histories such as the 'Biographies of Cao Bin and Pan Mei' record: 'He replied: "Can is not as good as Wei." In the sixth month, he died at the age of sixty-nine. The emperor went to mourn him in person, and when speaking to his ministers about Bin, he would always shed tears. He was posthumously granted the title of Zhongshu Ling, posthumously enfeoffed as Prince of Jiyang, with the posthumous name Wuhui; and his wife Lady Gao was granted the title of Lady of the State of Han; his relatives, retainers, and close attendants were given official positions, more than ten people. In the eighth month, an edict was issued for Bin and Zhao Pu to be worshipped in the Imperial Ancestral Temple.' The historical novel 'Chapter 20' also records this.
