Is “Zaofu learned the art of charioteering from Taidou, and mastered all the skills in three days.” true?

The Liezi, chapter 'Tang Wen', records the fantastic process of Zaofu learning the art of charioteering from Taidou, saying that he 'mastered all the skills in three days', which has a supernatural flavor. However, according to the Records of the Grand Historian, chapter 'Basic Annals of Zhou', Zaofu was a real chariot officer during the time of King Mu of Zhou. Because of his skill in driving, he traveled a thousand li a day to rescue the rebellion of Xu Yan, and was granted the city of Zhao by King Mu, becoming the ancestor of the Zhao state. Historically, Zaofu indeed existed, but the Liezi added mythological embellishments to him, which are not true historical records.
