Is “entrusted with the care of the young ruler by Sun Quan on his deathbed” true?

The official history Records of the Three Kingdoms, Book of Wu, Biographies of Wu Fan, Liu Dun, and Zhao Da only mentions 'Later, when Lü Dai returned from Shu, he met him at Baidi.' In Chapter 108 of Romance of the Three Kingdoms, it is written that when Sun Quan was seriously ill, 'he summoned Grand Tutor Zhuge Ke and Grand Marshal Lü Dai to his bedside and entrusted them with the affairs of state.'
