According to the 'Records of the Three Kingdoms, Book of Wu, Biography of Lu Su', Lu Su proposed the 'Couch Strategy' to Sun Quan to divide the land east of the Yangtze into three parts, even before Zhuge Liang's 'Longzhong Plan'.
