Is “His subordinate ambushed and shot Sun Jian at Xianshan” true?

The Records of the Three Kingdoms, Book of Wu, Biography of Sun Jian, records that when Sun Jian raised troops to attack Huang Zu, he was shot and killed by an ambush set by Huang Zu's general Lü Gong while pursuing the enemy by night to Xian Mountain.
