Is “The murderer of Duke Dao of Qi is different” true?

According to the Records of the Grand Historian, 'The Hereditary House of Tian Jingzhong Wan' records that 'Bao Mu had a grudge against Duke Dao of Qi and assassinated him'; whereas in the Chronicles of the Eastern Zhou Kingdoms, Chapter 81, it is recorded that 'Duke Dao then executed Bao Mu', meaning Bao Mu was executed by Duke Dao, and later Duke Dao was poisoned by Chen Heng, who 'took advantage of Duke Dao's military review and offered poisoned wine, killing Duke Dao'.
