In fiction · Journey to the West
Princess Jade Face is the concubine of the Bull Demon King, who took him as her husband. Later, due to Sun Wukong's borrowing of the palm-leaf fan, she fought against Sun Wukong together with the Bull Demon King, and was ultimately killed by Zhu Bajie. Another version says she was a maidservant of Lady Golden Sage, and Sun Wukong once transformed into her likeness.
