Lingbao Dafashi is one of the Twelve Golden Immortals of the Chan Sect. When the Zhou army was trapped in the Wind Howl Formation, he wrote a letter to Immortal Du'e to borrow the Wind-Calming Pearl to break the formation. He was once injured by Zhao Gongming's Fixed Sea Pearl before the formation, and later he entered the formation with his sword during the battle.
