Lady Cai was Liu Biao's second wife and Liu Cong's mother. She suspected Liu Bei and plotted with Cai Mao to harm him. When Liu Biao was critically ill, she advocated for Liu Cong as heir and facilitated surrender to Cao. Later, she accompanied Liu Cong to Xiangyang and was killed by Cao Cao on the way.
