Contradiction between the Biography of Wu Kui and the Biography of Tang Jie regarding the location where Zhang Yaozuo was appointed

There is an obvious contradiction in the locations.

  In the History of Song, in the combined biographies of Bao Zheng, Wu Kui, Tang Jie, etc., when recording Wu Kui's life, it is said that because Wu Kui submitted several memorials, Guo Chengyou and Zhang Yaozuo were dismissed from the post of Commissioner of the Bureau of Military Affairs, and Zhang Yaozuo was 'sent to Hezhong'. However, in the Biography of Tang Jie in the same volume, it is recorded that after Bao Zheng, Tang Jie, Wu Kui and others strongly protested, Zhang Yaozuo was 'again appointed as Commissioner of the Bureau of Military Affairs and prefect of Heyang'. The Biography of Wu Yu and the Biography of the Consort Clan in the History of Song also clearly record that Zhang Yaozuo was 'prefect of Heyang' or 'governor of Heyang' at that time (Heyang is present-day Mengzhou in Henan, while Hezhong is present-day Puzhou in Shanxi, which are far apart). The 'Hezhong' recorded in the Biography of Wu Kui clearly contradicts the 'Heyang' in other biographies, which is an error in historical records.
